FLAW Collective

Details: A sister group of Gut Level. FLAW Collective aims to provide a space for female, non-binary and trans identifying creatives to share skills, collaborate and support each other. 

FLAW often operates around music; Djing and music production. Music equipment is usually expensive in price making it inaccessible to many people, particularly if wanting to get to know industry/club standard decks which cost to £2,00 per CDj.


We run bi-weekly mid-week sessions, with free food, PAYF donations. Weeks alternate between open decks and a guest session. During lock-down we have been slowing down our listening and created an online 'Tune[in]' session. This works by individuals bringing a song they have selected around a given theme.  Each person will be asked to give a little bit of context around their particular track and then open up discuss to the rest of the group.
